Why we start,
With a love for weddings, events, designs, and flowers, our founders sadly found that the decoration industry produces an enormous amount of waste, especially with the use of floral foam. Regular flower foams are made of micro-plastics which are not biodegradable. After so many trials and errors, we are doing several approaches to make sure our decoration produce as less waste as possible. We believe a special day should be creating more goodness and impact, not harming our one and only earth.
Kreasae is our love letter; to see what we love the most bring happiness to others and be kind to the earth.
This picture shows the amount of floral foam used in an event. It doesn't seems like much, but imagine each block dissolve in the water and roam freely in our drink, eaten by sea creatures, and touch our skin. Several studies have also shown how dangerous floral foam as micro-plastics for our environment.
Floral foam is too fragile to be used several time. We also have tried to reach out to several waste management partners if they can do something about it, but nothing can be done. So our best answer is to not use it at all.

We believe to create a less waste decoration is not only by caring about the after event, but also by thoroughly thinking about the design and mechanics since the beginning.
By refusing to use non-organic floral foam and any type of styrofoam, we embrace the uses of everyday items and even our client's memorable furniture that they would like to be a part of their special day. We integrate the venue's natural beauty with client's wisdom and culture, then enhance them with flowers.
During our work, we separate our organic and an-organic decoration waste so it can later on be processed by our waste management partner.
After the event, there are plenty of flowers that are still blooming beautifully. We rearrange them for you - if you have vases, bring it! - so you can enjoy them a little bit more. Pretty sure the flowers would be happy to be there for you rather than out in the trash bin.
The last step is to send separated waste to be processed by our waste management partner! No decoration waste then left uncared in the landfill.
